The Gulf Concours celebrates automotive excellence by collecting some of the world's rarest cars, as well as the very best 'modern bespoke' vehicles. The event showcases these premium motors on the Burj Al Arab Terrace - the most symbolic spot for the iconic vehicles. Car enthusiasts and discerning collectors from all over the world congregate by invitation only to enjoy the automobiles on view.
The three day event was in its primary year, with much anticipation from local and regional collectors. More than 40 near priceless cars were assembled, each needing coverage from the sun.
Our brief was simple: to create extremely high spec 5m x 5m exhibition spaces to home these irreplaceable cars, with custom fit outs, carpentry and fabrication to make the structures feel like high tier permanent spaces. These structures provided the guests with comfortable areas from which to admire the vehicles on display.
Our structures were executed to the highest possible calibre, creating the feeling of custom built indoor spaces. Following the success of the 2016 event, Gulf Concours is set up to become a globally noted Concours d'elegance event, bringing to Dubai the most prestigious collectors and car connoisseurs.
